About Thorpe
Close to the Manifold valley under the shadow of Thorpe Cloud, Thorpe is small and contains no more than the stone cottages and the church of St Leonard’s, which is partially Norman in origin, but it is an ideal starting point to explore Dovedale and the beginning of the Peak District.
