About Cressbrook
Cressbrook used to be a mill village. The mill still stands but has been converted into modern flats and apartments. Originally built in 1815 on the remains of a previous mill built by Richard Arkwright that was destroyed by fire in 1785, the village is surrounded by fantastic scenery.
