About Oaker Farm Cottages

Set in superb countryside in the heart of the Derbyshire Peak District, these sympathetically converted cottages provide ‘home-from-home’ comfort from which to explore the varied attractions of Britain's first National Park.

Whilst Oaker Farm is no longer a working farm, it retains the charm of a traditional, stone farmhouse dwelling, enjoying a beautiful, delightfully tranquil location which is home to abundant wildlife, plants and birds. Situated on the outskirts of the renowned village of Hope it has its own access lane just off the road to Edale.

Facilities

We offer three types of cottages:

The Old Dairy

A cosy, one-bedroomed cottage which is comfortably furnished, offering superb views over the surrounding countryside. The cottage is annexed to our farmhouse but benefits from its own private garden and patio area. The accommodation comprises lobby, hallway, bathroom with electric shower & w.c., fitted kitchen with patio door, bedroom with double bed, and an upstairs sitting room.

Winhill Cottage

A tastefully-furnished, two-bedroomed barn conversion all on ground-floor level including hall, spacious open-plan lounge/dining room with feature wood-burning stove, well-equipped kitchen, double bedroom, twin-bedded second bedroom, bathroom/wc (shower over bath), and its own patio area.

Losehill Cottage

A comfortable two-bedroomed barn conversion with a well-equipped kitchen, lounge with dining area and feature wood-burning stove, hallway, bathroom/wc (shower over bath),a twin bedded room and, on the first floor, a double-bedded room.
