Luxury very spacious one double bedroom apartment, beautifully decorated and furnished with attention to detail. This fabulous period building apartment is set in the quaint courtyard just off the Market Square. Although its central it is a very quiet peaceful location. The Market Square holds a farmers market on the 2nd Saturday each month.

The apartment has a new fully fitted breakfast kitchen. Fully equipped with cooker, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Dulco Gusto coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Utensils, crockery and glassware for 4 people. A complimentary bottle of wine, milk, water, orange juice, coffees, teas and biscuits to welcome you on arrival.

The double bedroom has a large dressing table well lit with a large mirror and a hairdryer. With plug sockets in all the right places. The bed has a very comfortable mattress with cotton quality bed linen and carefully chosen pillows. Wardrobe with hangers and shelving.

The bathroom has a large shower, heated towel rail, vanity unit with good lighting and fluffy white towels. Complimentary quality shampoo and conditioner from the 5 star Prestige hair and beauty salon at the front of the courtyard. Shower gel is also provided.

The stunning large lounge has a 55inch TV Netflix and Amazon prime. A beautiful dining area with marble effect dining table. Lovely relaxing lounge which also over looks the courtyard.

The courtyard has a communal seating area which is available for the apartment guests to use.

There is free parking across the road and the train and bus station or a few minutes walk away approximately 4 minutes. There are great restaurants, bars, micro pubs, shops and an Artdeco cinema all a stones throw from the courtyard apartments. Supermarkets in walking distance and a convenience store across the road. If you fancy a pamper during your stay you can book online for the salon at the front of the courtyard.

There are lots of fabulous walks just on the door step too. The river gardens with lovely tea rooms are just 10 minutes walk. Carsington water, Matlock bath, tramway museum all within easy reach and so much more.
