About Longnor
The village of Longnor in the Peak District is just over the Staffordshire border. Once a market centre, it still has the old cobbled square and Victorian market hall, which is now a coffee shop, to show of its past. The church of St Bartholomew is from the 18th century as it now stands, but the foundations date back some 800 years.
You can explore the Dove and Manifold valleys with ease and also access Edge Top for some fine views of the local area.
